If you are going to build a residence, you will want to contact the county road department to apply to have the road past your property maintained. The road department works with the county commissioners to inspect candidate roads, and once per year they add roads to be maintained by the county. Property Restrictions & Easements There are no association fees or dues, no time restrictions on if and when to build, and there are no unreasonable restrictions on what to build. Property Power & Water There are utilities in the area, but not to each property yet. If you intend to build a residence, you'd need a water well and sewage would be by septic system.
