When will paid tiers launch?
We're focused on growing the marketplace first. Paid tiers will turn on once we've reached enough listings and active buyers in each state to make Pro features genuinely worth paying for. We'll email you at least 30 days before any plan starts charging — and your Founding Member rate is locked in regardless.
What happens to my Founding Member status?
Anyone who reserves a tier before paid plans launch keeps their founding rate locked through the end of 2027 — even if our public price goes up. You'll also get a Founding Member badge on your profile and early access to new features as we ship them.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. You can switch tiers any time once paid plans are live. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Founding rates apply to the specific tier you reserved — switching to a different tier will be at that tier's price at the time.
Is there an annual discount?
Annual pricing isn't available yet, but we plan to offer roughly two months free for paying annually when paid plans launch. Founding Members will get the same annual discount on top of their locked-in rate.
What happens to my listings if I downgrade?
Your listings stay published as long as you're within your current tier's active-listing limit. If you have more than your new tier allows, you'll choose which to keep active — the rest move to a paused state and stay in your dashboard. You can re-publish them any time by upgrading or removing other active listings.
